A Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Movie Trilogy is Being Planned By Warner Brothers

Warner Bros. is eager to make a trilogy to the highly successful play and recently published book Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Yes, a trilogy. A trilogy for those 350 pages of script that you can read in less than a day. Well Warner Bros. was known into stretching a book before, I'm looking at you The Hobbit.

WB wanted Daniel Radcliffe to reprise his role as the older Harry Potter for the trilogy despite the many times the actor has said he’s done with the role.

According to New York Daily News:

“Warners is secretly working on getting the movie rights and a screenplay settled, and of course in their minds only one man should be Harry,” according to a well-placed Hollywood source. “However he has made it clear that his mind is certainly not focused on returning to the role anytime soon — and that could be until he hits 40.”

There are currently no updates from Warner Bors., Daniel Radcliffe or J.K. Rowling as of press time.
