You can now relieve your Super Mario Kart days in your own living room with the Super Mario Kart RC toy from ThinkGeek.

Are you as big of a Mario Kart fan as we are? Have you kept your Nintendo 64 around for the sole purpose of beating your brother in "Battle Mode" yet again? Yes? Then you'll turn all gooshy when you see Mario come to life speeding down your hallway shouting "lets-a-go!". Yep, this R/C Mario Kart Racer is over 12" long and features various sound effects from the game.

Steer Mario around your home or office with the included Nintendo GameCube style controller. Set-up some banana peels and turtle shells in your living room (not included) for true video game realism. Just watch out when you hit the turbo button right into a banana peel and Mario careens into your cat.

Product Features
* Large Size R/C Mario Kart Racer
* Nintendo GameCube Style Remote Control
* Five function control : Right, Left, Forward, Reverse and Turbo
* Digitized Sounds from the Game
* 12" Long
* Requires 1 9V Battery and 8 AA Batteries (not included)

TRIVIA: Super Mario Kart first appeared on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System / Super Famicom and not on the Family Computer ;)

More info about the toy here.

Kuya Jepoy's initial plan to relaunch GameOPS with a big bang was to interview celebrities at ABS-CBN. The plan was not quite successful as planned... He forgot his pass, so we just stared at the guard and hoped that Sam Milby would pass by, but he never did. When we decided to go home, it started to rain. Ate Lalaine's car was parked at the other side of the ABS-CBN compound. So we were stuck.

After our failed ABS-CBN mission, we went to The Block at SM North EDSA for dinner. Rocky and Siopao thought that some kind of spell was casted upon us so they decided to inquire about these Voodoo amulets....

Then afterwards, we found these toys at Toy Kingdom:

Asian Treasures Toys, you know, the series from GMA-7 that looks like an Indiana Jones slash Lara Croft rip-off.

Rounin Toys -- ABS-CBN's newest series that looks like a live action adaptation of an anime series. Rounin is set to be shown next week on ABS-CBN.
