John Hanke, CEO of Niantic finally confirmed the rumor that was circulating the net since Pokemon Go was released worldwide. Can you get a region exclusive from hatching an egg?

GPS Spoofers that were playing Pokemon Go tried to boast their region exclusive Pokemon by saying they got it from an egg. Rumors say that this is possible since Pokemon that came from the eggs are random and region exclusives are included. But John Hanke dismissed the rumor by confirming that you cannot get these Pokemon by hatching it from an egg if you were not from that region.
