PinoyExchange Says Goodbye
PinoyExchange, fondly called PEx, has been a staple in the lives of many Filipinos in the early days of the internet. It was where we spent countless hours engaging in lively discussions, making new friends, and sharing our thoughts on a wide range of topics.
Sadly, after 24 years, PinoyExchange is finally closing down. The news came as a shock to many, especially to those who have been part of its vibrant community for years.

For those who are not familiar with PinoyExchange, it was one of the first and oldest running websites in the Philippines. It was launched alongside other pioneering websites such as Yehey and PinoyCentral. It was the golden age of user-generated content, and PEx was at the forefront of it all.
The forum was a virtual melting pot of ideas and perspectives, where people from different walks of life can come together to share their opinions on various topics. From entertainment to politics, sports to technology, and everything in between, PEx had something for everyone.
For many of us who grew up with the internet, PinoyExchange holds a special place in our hearts. It was where we honed our online communication skills, where we learned how to respect different viewpoints, and where we discovered new things about ourselves and the world around us.
Now that PinoyExchange is closing down, we can't help but feel a twinge of nostalgia. We may never be able to relive those early days of the internet, but we can always look back with fondness and gratitude for the memories we've made on PEx.
Thank you, PinoyExchange, for being part of our lives for more than two decades. You will always be remembered as one of the first online forum in the Philippines, and the place where many of us found our online family.
