realme GT 7 and GT 7T Now in the Philippines

realme has just rolled out two new flagship contenders in the Philippines: the realme GT 7 and GT 7T. Both are dressed to impress, not just with eye-catching designs, but with serious hardware that should please gamers and power users alike.

Sleek and Cool with IceSense

First thing you'll notice is the new IceSense design, which is more than just a visual upgrade. The back of the phone uses graphene, a material known for excellent heat control. Pair that with a massive 7,700 mm² vapor chamber, and you’ve got a phone that can keep its cool even when things get intense, whether you're gaming or binge-watching.

realme also amped up the durability. Both phones come with IP66/68/69 ratings, making them resistant to dust and water. They’re also protected by ArmorShell, giving you peace of mind in case of accidental drops.

Display That Delivers

Up front, the phones feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display that supports 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. With 6,000 nits peak brightness, it’s bright enough for use even under direct sunlight. Touch sampling is also top-tier, reaching up to 2,500Hz during gameplay for ultra-responsive controls.

Under the Hood

If performance is what you're after, realme has two options:

  • realme GT 7T runs on the Dimensity 8400-Max chip, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
  • realme GT 7 is powered by the stronger Dimensity 9400e, paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Both phones use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, so you can expect fast app loading and smooth multitasking. These specs also allow up to 120fps gaming on popular shooters and MOBA games.

Big Battery, Fast Charging

Battery life is another strong point. Each device packs a 7,000mAh battery supported by 120W SUPERVOOC charging. There's also a ByPass Charging feature that lets you play while plugged in without heating up the battery, helping prolong its lifespan.

Pro-Level Cameras

Camera lovers won’t be disappointed either. Both the GT 7 and GT 7T have a powerful quad-camera setup:

  • 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor
  • 8MP ultra-wide
  • 50MP telephoto with 2x zoom
  • LED flash

For selfies, there’s a 32MP Sony front camera for sharp, social-ready shots.

Extras and Availability

Audio is crisp too, thanks to Hi-Res stereo speakers, and the phones run Android 14 out of the box with realme UI 5.0.

Now, the prices:

  • realme GT 7T (12GB/256GB) – PHP 29,999
  • realme GT 7 (16GB/512GB) – PHP 37,999
