Project Sonic 2017 is coming to Nintendo's NX console

SEGA's Sonic Team just unveiled a trailer for a new Sonic game - codenamed Project Sonic 2017. It is confirmed at the end of the trailer that the game will be available in the Holiday season of 2017 for the PS4, XBOX ONE, PC, and Nintendo's next generation console.

The short cinematic trailer has the tagline "join the resistance" and shows 'classic' Sonic arriving to help the modern-day Sonic. No further details were given.
