Smart and MOONTON Games Level Up PH eSports Scene for 2023 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Tournament
The year 2023 is looking bright for the Philippine eSports scene as Smart, the country's fastest and best mobile network, gears up for its sixth consecutive year of partnership with international gaming developer and publisher MOONTON Games. This partnership will help elevate the gaming and streaming experience of Filipinos and empower local eSports athletes.
As the official local telco partner, Smart will sponsor the upcoming 2023 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournaments, including the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines (MPL-PH) Seasons 11 and 12, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup (MSC), and the M5 World Championship. Smart is also the official partner of the newly added league, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League – Philippines (MDL-PH), which aims to nurture the talents of amateur players and further strengthen the region's dominance in the eSports scene.
The MPL-PH Season 11, featuring eight franchise teams, and MDL-PH Season 1, featuring ten rookie teams, will be available for streaming on Smart's official Facebook page. Fans can catch the matches on the go and root for their favorite Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams. To make the viewing experience more exciting, Smart will be giving away special prizes to those watching the games.
Smart's long-standing partnership with MOONTON Games solidifies its position as a staunch eSports supporter, not just for eSports athletes but also for fans, game publishers, and tournament organizers.
