LootBX Makes Its Manila Debut, Turning Viewers Into Winners

A new player has entered the local streaming scene, and it is changing how audiences interact with content. LootBX officially launched in Manila with a private event at High Grounds Café in Quezon City, giving gamers, creators, and fans an early look at a platform built around one simple idea, viewers should get rewarded for their time.

Instead of passively watching streams, LootBX adds an interactive layer. Creators can release digital loot during live sessions, and viewers can tap to collect rewards instantly. These drops translate into points, leaderboard ranks, and surprise items, making every stream feel more like a game than a one way broadcast.

The launch event focused less on hype and more on experience. After a short introduction, guests were walked through how the platform works and why it exists. LootBX Philippines Country Manager Paolo Bago shared the platform’s belief that attention has real value. Viewers invest time and loyalty, and LootBX is built to give something back in return.

One of the most talked about moments of the night was a massive Loot Box unboxing placed right at the center of the venue. As rewards poured out and attendees rushed to claim them, the app’s digital concept briefly came to life in the physical space.

The event also introduced the first group of top tier creators joining the platform. Well known names from the local gaming scene were present, signaling that LootBX is serious about its creator lineup. Among those announced were Dogie, Renejay, Cherizawa, H2wo, and Yawi, all familiar faces to Filipino esports fans.

To close the night, LootBX hosted live creator auditions and a small Valorant LAN clash. It turned the café into a mix of competition, casual play, and real conversations between streamers and their communities.

With its official launch now done, LootBX is opening its doors to early users. The platform is live and ready for anyone curious about a more interactive way to watch and play. For LootBX, the next phase is just beginning, and it is inviting viewers to be part of it.
