Sarah Michelle Gellar Shares Throwback Photo of Pedro Pascal From 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'
Before Pedro Pascal became known for his roles on The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, he had a guest appearance on the '90s hit show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Recently, Sarah Michelle Gellar, who played the titular Buffy, shared a throwback photo of herself with Pascal on Instagram. In the photo, the two actors are seen giving each other concerned looks.
Pascal played Eddie in the season 4 premiere of Buffy, "The Freshman." Fans of the actor and the show were excited to see the photo, with one follower even joking that it made them bisexual. Even Ken Jeong, known for his role in Community, reacted with red heart emojis.
Pascal himself was also thrilled to see the post, telling Access Hollywood that he remembers every moment of shooting that episode and that Gellar was a kind scene partner.
Although it's been over 20 years since Pascal's appearance on Buffy, fans are still discovering new connections between their favorite actors and shows. Who knows what other throwback photos will surface in the future?
